Our goal it to take the anxiety out of the decorating process and help you trust your own taste.  In the redesign process we come in and apply interior design principals and our creative skills to create a designer look with things you already own. We are the specialist in finding space and beauty in your home and making what you have “new” again.

As a certified Interior Redesign Industry Specialist and member of The Society of Design Professionals, Linda believes that everyone deserves to live in beautiful surroundings.  It is our vision to provide your home or office with a look and feel you love by bringing together principles of proportion, balance and scale to their fullest, we can relate furniture to existing dimensions of a room to reveal the most aesthetically pleasing arrangement possible.  Through our service we are able to offer you  Redesign, Real Estate Staging, Faux Finish and Stencil Art and Design Services that are built upon decorating with furnishings and décor you already own.

Another facet of our design is color consultation along with offering faux finish and stenciling as a service.  Many home are still blessed with the “builders white” walls and you would love to bring color into your home but just don’t know where to start or how to pull all the rooms together.  Linda is a Benjamin Moore color representative and can bring larger samples into your home to see in your own surroundings.

Both realtors and homeowners love our services.  Linda and her team can make a home resale ready in less than a day.  Resale ready redesign focuses on creating instant changes that will make your home more attractive to potential buyers, we stage the home with the buyer’s eye in mind. This service will prepare the home for a realtor’s “open house” and increase the homes resale value.  We are experts at targeting the buyers market and attracting multiple offers. Our expert advice and redesign service helps both real estate professionals and homeowners get top dollars for their home in a short amount of time.

Fees:

  • Redesign Consultation $75.00 design consultation in your home or business
     

  • Redesign Service - Price based on the project size and proposal will be written at the consultation (pricing ranges between $350-$500/room) save more by doing multiple rooms the same day.
     

  • Resale Ready $75.00 based on consulting changes for preparing your home for sale
     

  • Stage to Sell Evalutaion - the evaluation is a "front curb to back fence" assessment of your home. A full walk through evaluation will be done with the homeowner with recommendations for changes in the home. The recomnended changes then can be done by the homeowner or our design team. Evaluation of home 1 1/2 - 2 hours $150.00.
     

  • Color selection consultation - $75.00 - pricing includes 8x8 or 5x7 paint sample sent to your home for you to keep. Additional rooms on the same day $20.00 per room.
     

  • Furniture/Accessory shopping - personal shopping for the design work in your home $50.00/hour
     

  • Holiday Decorating - $75/hour $30/hour per assistant
    Linda and her team will come into your home and place your holiday decorations for you, no stress/no mess for you. Enjoy your holidays this year without the hassle of having to decorate. Holiday decor shopping also available.

Full design services for a room our your entire home from the building process to the finished project. We also offer faux finish/stencil art services.
